Warm-up
Basic Stretching (No Measure)
2 Rounds of:
60sec Hamstring Stretch
60sec Box Stretch
30sec Couch Stretch, each leg
WOD
Skill Day (No Measure)
Spend the first 20-30 min of class working on a skill
Skill = Athletes Choice
Death by HR Push Ups (AMRAP – Reps)
With a running clock, every 60sec perform:
1 rep in the first min
2 reps in the second min
3 reps in the third min
And so on until you cannot complete the required amount of reps in 60sec
SWOD
Power Clean (2×3 at 70%, then 3×3 at 75%)
Power Jerk (2×3 at 70%, then 3×3 at 75%)
