Downward Dog Hold (30 sec)

Cobra (30 sec)

Inchworm (10 reps)

Side Lunge (5 reps each side)

Single Leg Touches (5 reps each side)

Frankenstein (5 reps each side)

WOD

Deadlift (10-7-4-2-2-2-2)

Add weight each round. Working to a 2RM.

Push Press (5×5 at 75% then 4×5 at 80%)
