Skill Day (No Measure)

Spend the first 20-30 min of class working on a skill
Skill = Pose running method

Fall-Pose-Pull

Sprinter (5 Rounds for time)

5x100m Sprints w/ 2:00 rest between each attempt.
Use a stone or slam ball

SWOD

Clean and Jerk (1×1 at 70%, 1×1 at 75%, 4×1 at 80%)

Front Squat (2×2 at 75%, 2×2 at 80%)

On-Ramp Course
