3 Inch worms (strict push-up, walk feet towards hands with legs straight, walk hands back out to the push up position)

10 KB deadlifts (use this opportunity to hyper-focus on the ability to keep your back from rounding)

Cooldown

25 Hip extensions

15 GHD sit ups
