I got into CrossFit in 2013 while trying to get into shape after having my daughter. It changed my life so much that I decided I wanted to help others learn more about it too. My favorite part about coaching is witnessing athletes have an “a-ha moment” where a movement starts to really click for them. I also love helping people achieve certain milestone goals such as a first pull-up or muscle-up.
