The rest of this month we will be following’s WOD. Why? Well, we (CF Habu) need to get back to our roots, the foundational reason we are here as a CrossFit Box. That is to help an athlete, new or experienced, to increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. It’s that simple. And how do we do that? CV+FM+HI. And who, in my opinion, does this the best?
