Today was a good benchmark, of sorts, to see how my fitness is evolving. A CFT consists of an 880 meter run, max ammo can lifts @ 30# and a maneuver under fire course, consisting of ammo can runs, grenade toss, dragging a Marine and fireman’s carrying a Marine. All in all, being nearly 32 years old i did very well. Got a 300 out of 300.
