For this WOD, Coach Jay had me use a PVC pipe for the squats in order to focus on my form. We then modified the workout further by injecting a run in between the squats and the burpee pull-ups. My time was 5:39. Great times with great folks!
Coach Day had me do this WOD with 135lb, 100m run between pull-up bars and squats, and pull-up burpee. Completion time was 6:35. Had a great time and learned some great stretching techniques. Thanks coach!
