Ended up with 240lbs. Before and after Coach conducted a comprehensive stretching regimen, (as always), to minimize the chance of injury. Another great work out! Coach Jay’s instruction was very informative and motivating, and instilled in me the desire to come back and challenge myself each day. Little miscalculation on my part and I jumped to 275lb on my 3rd set when I should have been at 250lb. Thanks for pushing me to finish the last few sets I didn’t think I would be able to complete.
